Please help. I seem to have managed to break my board. I have an igepv2. And I followed the instructions on the wiki about un-bricking it. It basically downloads a new version of the firmware with the poky sata distro and flashes the firmware memory thingy. Only problem is now all it does is boot straight into the poky distro. I want to be able to run the linaro distro which I have built and have on an sd card. but when I power the thing on it just goes directly to the jffs image I think with x-loader and boots that. Help! is there a way of putting u-boot back into the firmware so I can boot from sd cards again?

About your first question, you should check the IGEP X-Loader howto: http://labs.igep.es/index.php/The_IGEP_ ... _gcc_4.5.2 as you can see the latest version uses other configuration file:
make igep00x0_config
And about your second question, you should check the kernel build howto: http://labs.igep.es/index.php/Linux_Kernel_2.6.35.y as use the right file config:
make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=[your cross compiler] igep00x0_defconfig
Thank you, we will revise this howto and update the procedure for latest software versions ;)
