Hello everyone! I\\\'m new to the forums and hereby welcome myself! I have a school project where I\\\'m supposed to build a wifi audio module from Igep v2 and connect it to a audio source and stream live to, for example, a PC. What is the best way to do this? I\\\'m thinking of putting Android 2.2. on the v2. There are programs that stream music from files, but I\\\'d need one to stream from audio in -port. I\\\'m a beginner with these things so any help will be appreciated! Thanks -Otto

Hello Otto, I think that the best approach is to use the Ubuntu Linaro distro [1], the latest v2.6.37 kernel [2] and gstreamer to stream the audio. You can use this script to stream audio from the audio input jack:
gst-launch-0.10 alsasrc device=hw 0 ! audioresample ! audio/x-raw-int, rate=4000 ! audioconvert ! queue ! udpsink host=192.168.2.255 port=5001
[1]: http://labs.igep.es/index.php/How_to_ge ... stribution [2]: http://git.igep.es/?p=pub/scm/linux-oma ... x-2.6.37.y Regards, Javier
