Hi, Can you tell me how to start up IGEPv2 with DM3730@1GHz with Linaro Demo(4GB SD from ISEE) on VGA@800x600. I would like to compile Linaro on SD with new resolution. Where I can find working tutorial. Thanks in advance, Mikołaj

Did you try to modify the uboot omapfb.mode variable with your desired resolution? Manel

Dear m.zarzycki , I followed the same guide to install the linaro, Format the SD card in Gparted. And try again.in place of mmcblk use your device name for linaro-media-create command. Do you get any error while executing linaro-media-create?

    hi,

Yes SD card should be empty without any partition. That program will handle all the things.
I do SD-card with Linaro netbook, using GParted, but how I can change there boot.ini ?
    You can try this

Or search in forums. Also try this

I will try. But I need 800x600, because this is native resolution on external display. I use IGEPv2 Rev.C DM3730 + expansion board. Regards Mikołaj

I tried the same problem on 640x480. Are you test VGA output on expansion board. I cannot understand why it not work, when it is hardware converter. Please help. We don\\\'t have much time, I need to build the prototype system on 5 IGEPs to show it next week! We can use only 800x600 resolution :( If you can update tutorial how to build new Linaro SD card I will be thankful, because it doesn\\\'t work now, with newest version :( Regards Mikołaj
